Overview

Liquid turbine flow meter consists of two main parts---turbine sensor and display
instruments.
It has adopted advanced technology and obtains following characteristics: simple
structure, light, high accuracy, good repeatability, quick response and easy to
install and maintain.
Liquid turbine flow meter is widely applied to measuring liquid in sealed tube;
not corrosive with stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti,2Cr13, corundum Al2O3 and
cemented carbide; with no fiber, particle or other impurity; kinematic viscosity
less than 5 × 10-6m2/s in working temperature. When the kinematic viscosity
is faster than 5 × 10-6m2/s, needs to calibrate the meter before using. Also it
can match with display instrument with special functions to realize quantitative
control, excessive alarm etc. In all, it is an ideal choice for low conductive liquid

 5. During turbine removal, liquid may spill. Follow the liquid manufacturer’s safety

     precautions for clean up of minor spills.

 6. Do not blow compressed air through the turbine.

 7. Handle the rotor carefully. Even small scratches or nicks can affect accuracy.

 8. When tightening the turbine, use a wrench only on the wrench flats.

 9. For best results, calibrate the meter at least 1 time per year.
